Battlefield 6 Increases Conquest Ticket Count
2025-11-21 11:06:53Battlefield 6 developer DICE has implemented a significant change to the Conquest game mode, increasing the ticket count from 1,000 to 1,200 on all maps. This update, which is now live on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, comes after extensive feedback from the Battlefield 6 community and careful evaluation of win rates and objective play.

Since its launch in October, Battlefield 6 has received mixed reactions from players, with some criticizing the game for adopting elements that seem to cater to the Call of Duty community, such as smaller maps, faster movement, and shorter matches. In October, DICE had reduced the ticket count for Conquest, leading to shorter matches and significant backlash from players. This latest change aims to address those concerns and restore match length while emphasizing objective play.
DICE noted that one of the recent updates, version 1.1.2.0, introduced rule changes to further highlight the importance of objective play. The studio believes that focusing on objectives is a core part of the Battlefield experience and encourages teamwork.
In addition to these changes, Battlefield 6 continues to introduce new game modes, such as Sabotage, a limited-time mode added in the November 18 update. Sabotage features 8v8 combat where teams compete to attack or defend high-priority cargo across multiple areas on the map.
Fans can also look forward to a free trial period for Battlefield 6, starting on November 15 and running until December 1. During this time, players can enjoy three maps and five game modes. The trial will end just before the game's next major update, Winter Offensive, which is set to release on December 9 and will include a new map, melee weapon, and limited-time event.
