Whispers are circulating that Rockstar Games' iconic open-world title, Grand Theft Auto 5, might be returning to Xbox Game Pass in 2025.  The game was briefly available on the subscription service in 2024 but was later removed. Now, speculation is mounting due to apparent activity within the Grand Theft Auto 5 launcher, hinting at its reintroduction.

Grand Theft Auto 5 has become a cornerstone of the gaming world, now entering its twelfth year of support. This would mark the first time the game would be supported on the Xbox PC app, a logical step given the recent substantial update to the PC version, bringing it on par with console counterparts. While no official announcements or dates have been confirmed, the possibility of GTA 5's availability on Xbox Game Pass PC aligns perfectly with 2025 being a pivotal year for Rockstar Games.
