The application allows users to personalize notifications for specific game franchises while primarily focusing on Switch 2-related information. While generally well-received, this new limitation has generated significant backlash among the Nintendo fanbase.

Initial reports from Reddit user Cube_play_8, later verified by Nintendo Life, confirm the app's new video capture prevention system. Testing across various smartphone models consistently produced identical results - recordings containing nothing but blank screens.
