PlayStation Plus members still have a chance to add Diablo 4, one of 2023's most celebrated titles, to their game collection at no extra cost. This limited-time offer expires on August 5 at 9 AM PT. After this deadline, players will need to purchase Diablo 4 separately, along with The King of Fighters 15 and Jusant, even if they subscribe to PlayStation Plus later.

July marked a special celebration for PlayStation Plus as the service commemorated its 15th anniversary. As part of this milestone, Sony offered an impressive lineup of free games throughout the month, including Diablo 4 – Blizzard's latest installment in its acclaimed action RPG series that launched to critical acclaim in 2023.

Diablo 4's PlayStation Plus Availability Ends Soon

This generous offer won't last indefinitely. All PlayStation Plus subscribers, regardless of their membership tier, can claim Diablo 4 for free until the August 5 deadline. After claiming, players can enjoy the game as long as they maintain an active PlayStation Plus subscription. The game supports cross-play and cross-progression, allowing seamless character transfers between PC, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms.

It's worth noting that this offer only includes the base game. Players interested in creating a Spiritborn character in Diablo 4 or accessing content from other platforms will need to purchase the Vessel of Hatred expansion separately. At $40, the expansion is significantly more affordable than buying the full game and expansion bundle at $70.

Diablo 4 isn't the only standout title available this month. The King of Fighters 15 (2022) is also free until August 5, complete with the Classic Leona DLC costume that revives her iconic King of Fighters '96 look. Additionally, the 2023 indie climbing simulator Jusant remains available for free download until the same cutoff date.

While these exceptional titles will soon rotate out, PlayStation Plus will introduce an exciting new lineup starting August 5. This includes Lies of P (2023), a Pinocchio-inspired soulslike; DayZ (2018), the intense zombie survival experience; and My Hero One's Justice 2 (2020), the anime-inspired fighting game. All three will be free for subscribers, making this an ideal time to join PlayStation Plus and claim six fantastic games.
