Battlefield 6 Tops 2025 US Best-Sellers Chart
2025-11-21 13:47:15Battlefield 6 has officially become the best-selling game of 2025 in the United States, according to new market data. This achievement highlights the game's strong performance since its launch on October 10, 2025. Publisher Electronic Arts (EA) had previously declared it the biggest launch in the franchise's history, with over 7 million copies sold in its first three days. This success has positioned Battlefield 6 as a strong contender to retain its best-seller title by year-end.

Circana, a market research firm, reported on November 20 that Battlefield 6 debuted at the top of its 2025 US best-sellers chart. The game also topped the October sales chart, surpassing titles like Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Ghost of Yotei. Circana ranks games by dollar revenue, including both physical and digital sales, with some exceptions such as digital sales from the eShop and Xbox Store for certain titles.
The Circana data underscores EA's claim that Battlefield 6 is the best-selling shooter game of 2025. Notably, no original IPs appear in the current top 10, highlighting the dominance of established franchises. For comparison, last year's list was led by Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which remains in the top 10 this year at No. 7. While sales of the recently released Black Ops 7 are reportedly down in some markets, it is still expected to join the yearly top 10 once November data is available.

Battlefield 6 has already surpassed the lifetime sales of Battlefield 1, which held the title of the series' best-selling installment for nearly a decade. With its current sales trajectory, Battlefield 6 has a realistic chance of ending the year as the best-selling title of 2025 in the US.
