This comes after witnessing the overwhelming fan demand during recent public appearances. Originally launched in 1995 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Chrono Trigger was developed by an all-star team including Horii (Dragon Quest series), Hironobu Sakaguchi (Final Fantasy creator), and the legendary manga artist Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball). The game follows time-traveling heroes Crono, Marle, and Lucca as they journey across different historical eras to prevent a global catastrophe.
