SNK has unveiled exciting news for fighting game enthusiasts with the announcement that Andy Bogard will join the roster of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves on June 24. The developer celebrated this revelation by releasing an action-packed trailer featuring Andy's signature combat techniques as he battles Hokutomaru.

Originally launched on April 24 for PC and consoles, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves features an impressive starting lineup of 17 fighters. The roster includes both fan-favorite characters from previous installments and surprising new additions that have sparked discussions within the gaming community.

Following the tradition set by Garou: Mark of the Wolves, the game features Rock Howard and Terry Bogard as central characters. The current fighter selection also includes returning favorites like B. Jenet, Kevin Rian, Tizoc, and Marco Rodriguez. However, the most talked-about additions have been the unexpected appearances of DJ Salvatore Ganacci and soccer legend Cristiano Ronaldo as playable characters.

SNK's official description reveals that Andy Bogard now works alongside Mai Shiranui in her clan's village, training the next generation of warriors. The character will be available in both Arcade mode and the South Town RPG mode, where players can battle under various conditions to earn rewards.

With Andy's release date confirmed, fans are now anticipating announcements for the remaining characters in Season 1. The roster will expand throughout 2025 with Ken and Chun-Li from Street Fighter making their debut in Summer and Winter respectively, marking an exciting crossover between the two legendary fighting franchises. Joe Higashi, the Muay Thai specialist who completes the classic Fatal Fury trio, will join in Fall 2025, followed by the intimidating Mr. Big in early 2026.

The game continues to build on SNK's fighting game legacy with its Unreal Engine 4-powered visuals and robust multiplayer options, including both online and local versus modes with full cross-platform play support. Rated T for Teen, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves delivers the intense combat experience fans expect while introducing innovative new mechanics to the classic formula.
