The much-anticipated farming simulation game Farm Together 2 has made its way to Xbox consoles, offering players a delightful cooperative farming experience. Developed by Milkstone Studios, this sequel builds upon the success of the original Farm Together with enhanced features and gameplay mechanics.

Originally launched in early access on Steam in 2024, Farm Together 2 reached its full 1.0 release in May 2025. The PC version has maintained strong popularity with overwhelmingly positive reviews, as 92% of players reported enjoying their farming adventures.

The Xbox release brings the same core farming experience to console players. Gamers begin with a modest plot of land that they can gradually expand through diligent farming.
