Activision has officially revealed the contents of the upcoming Season 5 Battle Pass for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in a detailed blog post. Set to launch on August 7, this new season promises to deliver an array of fresh content following the conclusion of Season 4 Reloaded.

One of the most exciting reveals is the new Reckoning map for Zombies mode, set in the towering Janus Towers. This map will serve as the dramatic finale for the Zombies storyline, introducing innovative gameplay elements like parachutes and the powerful new Wonder Weapon, the Gorgofex.

The Season 5 Battle Pass offers over 100 unlockable rewards, including two new Base Weapons, unique Operators and their skins, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, and Finishing Moves. Players can also opt for the premium Battle Pass to earn up to 1,100 COD Points along with exclusive rewards like the 'Sims' Operator and 'Infernous' Legendary Weapon Blueprint for the Kilo 141 AR.

For those seeking even more content, the BlackCell upgrade provides additional perks such as 20 Battle Pass Tier Skips, the 'Solace' BlackCell Operator, and access to high-tier bonus content with over 130 item rewards. BlackCell owners will also enjoy extra Daily Challenges across Multiplayer, Zombies, and Call of Duty: Warzone.

Contrary to initial teaser speculation about the M249 SAW, the Battle Pass will feature the PML 5.56 LMG and the burst-firing ABR A1 AR as new Base Weapons. Season 5 will also introduce three new multiplayer maps, including the Jackpot arena inspired by Black Ops 4's Casino.
