This addition continues the game's tradition of regularly introducing new characters, typically every one to two weeks since its launch.

Global players have experienced an accelerated content schedule compared to the original Japanese version, with Cygames shortening banner durations to help the international version catch up. The developers have been generous with rewards during this process, frequently giving away 1,500 Carats to help players keep up with the faster gacha cycle.

Smart Falcon enters the game as a mid-range racing specialist, boasting A-rank stats for both Mile and Medium distance races. Her racing style suggests she'll excel as a Front Runner, requiring players to prioritize Speed attributes while maintaining sufficient Stamina for longer races.
