Infinity Nikki fans have a reason to celebrate as the game distributes 300 free Diamonds on June 5, just before the highly anticipated Version 1.6 update. The dress-up RPG, developed by Infold Games, has faced criticism following its Version 1.5 release, which introduced unexpected changes and technical issues.

Since its launch in December 2024, Infinity Nikki has captivated over 30 million pre-registered players. While initial updates were well-received, Version 1.5 sparked backlash due to abrupt story alterations, disappearing in-game currency, and disruptive bugs. In response, the developers issued an apology and pledged fixes. Despite these challenges, the game recently earned recognition at the Apple Design Awards for its visuals, prompting the free Diamond giveaway.

To commemorate the Apple Design Award, Infinity Nikki is distributing 300 Diamonds via in-game mail. Players must have unlocked the Pear-Pal feature—accessible through story progression—to claim the reward, which remains available until June 5, 2026. These Diamonds could prove valuable for upcoming content, including rumored 5-star outfits.

Additionally, as compensation for delaying Version 1.6, the developers are offering daily login bonuses from June 5 to 12. Players can collect 120 Diamonds and one Energy Crystal each day, totaling 960 Diamonds and eight Energy Crystals. Combined with the award celebration gift, this amounts to 1,260 Diamonds—equivalent to ten free gacha pulls.

Despite the goodwill gestures, some players have organized a "girlcott" to demand better compensation and faster bug resolutions. All eyes are now on Version 1.6, launching June 12, to see if it can restore player confidence after the rocky Version 1.5 rollout.
