The upcoming Season 5 update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies mode has revealed its newest Wonder Weapon - the bizarre Gorgofex pistol that's drawing immediate comparisons to the talking alien guns from High on Life.

Shared on the Call of Duty Zombies subreddit by user Nickster2042, the Gorgofex features a disturbing organic design covered in pulsating green and yellow biological matter, with ammunition that appears extraterrestrial rather than conventional. The weapon's central area even resembles a beating heart, giving it an unsettling living quality.

Set to launch on August 7, the Gorgofex combines fungal, floral and insectoid characteristics into one grotesque package. Its unique ability creates temporary gravitational anomalies that trap and disable enemies, making it both visually and functionally distinct from standard firearms.

This continues Black Ops 6's tradition of over-the-top Wonder Weapons, following designs like the elemental staffs and the scorpion-equipped Death of Orion. These special firearms typically offer game-changing abilities against zombie hordes, from freezing enemies to explosive disintegration.

Season 5 will also introduce the Reckoning map, new enemy types Uber Klaus and Kommando Klaus, the Mister Peeks field upgrade, and a Combat Bow Scorestreak. The update promises to significantly expand the Zombies experience with these fresh challenges and tools.
