The 2025 Pokémon World Championships (PWC) livestream is set to deliver an exciting treat for fans of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. During the event, viewers will receive an exclusive Mystery Gift code to claim a free Farigiraf—a powerful Pokémon from the championship-winning team of Luca Ceribelli. This tradition of rewarding live spectators with special Pokémon has been a beloved highlight of the PWC for years.

Each year, The Pokémon Company honors the PWC by distributing a Pokémon used by the previous year's champion. In 2024, players received a Sylveon from Tomoya Ogawa's winning team, complete with identical stats, moves, and held items. This year, the spotlight shifts to Farigiraf, a competitive-tier Pokémon that played a key role in Luca Ceribelli's victory.

According to an official blog post, the Mystery Gift code for Farigiraf will be announced during the PWC livestream, running from August 15-17. The code will be displayed on both Twitch and YouTube broadcasts, allowing all Scarlet and Violet players to redeem it until August 22 at 4:59 PM (PDT). Whether you attend in person or watch online, this limited-time offer is available to everyone.

While the announcement confirms that the Farigiraf will have the same moveset as Luca's—Psychic Noise, Foul Play, Helping Hand, and Trick Room—details about its Tera Type, Held Item, and nature remain undisclosed. However, past distributions suggest these attributes will likely mirror the original champion's Pokémon.

To claim the Mystery Gift, players must first unlock the feature by completing the tutorial and reaching Los Platos, the game's first settlement. Note that the code can only be used once per save file, meaning multiple claims require additional game copies.

In the meantime, trainers can also redeem a Shiny Wo-Chien as a community reward for surpassing one million victories in the recent Tera Raid event. Available via the Get Via Internet option in the Mystery Gift menu, this offer expires on September 30. If players achieve similar success in the ongoing Chien-Pao raids by August 17, another Shiny reward may follow.
