The upcoming update will officially unveil Nod-Krai as the first explorable area of Snezhnaya, bringing not only a new region but also powerful enemies for players to conquer.

Local Legends made their debut in the Fontaine region as a new category of overworld enemies designed to test players' skills. These unmarked bosses represent some of the toughest challenges in Teyvat, with Fontaine, Natlan, and even Liyue's Chenyu Vale featuring their own unique Local Legends. Fresh information now points to the first set of Local Legends that will appear throughout the snowy landscapes of Nod-Krai.

A recent leak shared on the Genshin Impact leaks subreddit has revealed both a new Local Legends interface and three distinct Nod-Krai bosses. The leaked menu showcases Sigurd, the Crab Tsar, and Raskolnikov—all awaiting challengers in Version 6.0. Accompanying footage hints at their elemental affiliations and combat mechanics: Sigurd employs a 'Demonsbane Strike,' the Crab Tsar utilizes 'Stoneborne Seeds,' and Raskolnikov harnesses Electro in his assaults. Nod-Krai and Version 6.0 are expected to arrive on September 10.

The introduction of three Local Legends coincides with a wealth of new content accompanying Nod-Krai's release. Version 6.0 will introduce three new playable characters—Lauma, Aino, and Flins—all confirmed to join the roster. Rumors also suggest that the update's storyline will feature additional characters from Nod-Krai, including the highly anticipated debut of Fatui Harbinger Columbina.

Beyond the new region and characters, Genshin Impact appears to be implementing several system-wide improvements.
