However, five titles departed the service at the end of August 2025: Ben 10 Power Trip, Borderlands 3, PAW Patrol Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay, Sea of Stars, and This War of Mine: Final Cut.

The September 2025 lineup brings diverse gaming experiences to subscribers. I Am Your Beast is already accessible across all subscription tiers, offering players an intense revenge thriller FPS set in the North American wilderness. On September 3, Nine Sols arrives for Game Pass Standard subscribers, presenting a captivating 2D platformer with action-packed combat centered around parrying mechanics in an Asian-inspired setting.

The highlight of September's additions arrives on September 4 when Hollow Knight: Silksong becomes available as a day-one release for Ultimate and PC tier subscribers. This sequel to the critically acclaimed Hollow Knight stands as one of the most eagerly anticipated games of the year, promising to deliver the same metroidvania excellence that made its predecessor so beloved.

Also joining on September 4 is Cataclismo, accessible to Ultimate and PC Game Pass members.
