Exciting Updates Coming to Marvel Rivals

NetEase Games has unveiled some thrilling new content for Marvel Rivals as part of its Season 3 updates. The highlight of these announcements includes a special collaboration with the upcoming MCU film The Fantastic Four: First Steps, featuring a unique team-up between Human Torch and The Thing.

New Team-Up Mechanics

The newly introduced "First Steps" team-up allows Human Torch to carry The Thing across the battlefield. After soaring through the air, The Thing can be dropped onto enemies, dealing significant damage. This mechanic mirrors a scene from the recent The Fantastic Four: First Steps trailer, adding cinematic flair to the gameplay.

Blade Joins the Roster

Season 3.5, scheduled for August 8, will introduce Blade as a playable character. This highly anticipated addition comes alongside balance adjustments and fresh cosmetics, keeping the game dynamic and engaging for players.

Fantastic Four Cosmetics

Starting July 24 at 7 PM PDT, players can purchase new skins for Mister Fantastic, Human Torch, The Thing, and Invisible Woman. These outfits, inspired by The Fantastic Four: First Steps, feature a distinctive powder blue and white color scheme.

Summer Special Event

NetEase Games has also launched the Summer Special event, offering free Thor's Worthy Waves skins. Premium pass holders can unlock additional skins for The Thing and Luna Snow, while limited-time summer outfits for Psylocke and Loki are available in the shop.
