The recent Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase on July 31 delivered exciting news for Atlus enthusiasts: the critically acclaimed Persona 3 Reload is officially coming to the Nintendo Switch 2. Recognized as one of 2024's finest remakes and a standout title in the Persona series, this beloved JRPG will arrive on Nintendo's next-gen console in late October.

Originally debuting in 2006 for PlayStation 2, Persona 3 revolutionized the JRPG genre with its unique blend of dungeon crawling and social simulation. Players assume the role of a high school student who joins SEES (Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad) to investigate the supernatural Dark Hour phenomenon and conquer the shadow-infested Tartarus tower. The 2024 remake, Persona 3 Reload, rebuilt the classic using Unreal Engine 4, earning widespread acclaim and becoming one of the year's highest-rated games across modern platforms.

During the showcase, Atlus confirmed Persona 3 Reload will launch on Switch 2 on October 23, with pre-orders now available through the Nintendo eShop. The game will be offered in three digital editions:
