Known for its high-speed action, the Sonic franchise continues this tradition as Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds gears up for its September 25 release on major gaming platforms. This installment introduces dimensional portals, enabling racers to traverse multiple tracks within a single race.

With 23 base characters and additional ones planned for post-launch DLC, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds offers players diverse options to tailor their racing experience. Beyond traditional cars, the game includes Extreme Gear hoverboards from Sonic Riders, each customizable to enhance speed, handling, or acceleration based on player preferences.

A recent trailer for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds showcased the game's vehicle customization in action. Players can select from various cars, hoods, bumpers, and wheels to create a unique racer. Sega confirmed over 40 cars, 70 gadgets, and 1,000+ parts and decals available at launch.
