At the end of the stream, the studio confirmed that Patch 2.3 will arrive on June 26, with additional details to be shared shortly before its release.

With multiple major projects in development, including The Witcher 4 and a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077, many fans assumed that support for the 2020 RPG had concluded. CD Projekt Red had previously stated that no further updates were planned, yet the game continues to receive new content. The last major update, Patch 2.2, arrived in December 2024, introducing new car customization options, a special Balatro quest, and other enhancements.
