Originally launched in 2018 for PC and later on consoles, DayZ is a hardcore multiplayer survival game developed by Bohemia Interactive. Set in the fictional post-Soviet region of Chernarus, players must navigate a world ravaged by a mysterious plague that has turned most of the population into infected creatures.
